I came up with 14 songs that reference gambling or games of chance in general. One or two might be considered a stretch and once again this list may not be exhaustive. Databases are cheating obviously, you're on the honor system.
How quickly can we get them with our collective knowledge?

I didn't com up with Terrapin. I'm guessing you were thinking of
"Which of you to gain me, tell
will risk uncertain pains of Hell?
I will not forgive you
if you will not take the chance""

Nice thinking!

I was - only because you added the mention of "chance"

It's funny, I think of so many of their songs as dealing with western americana but when push comes to shove, I couldn't immediately think of gambling tunes.

Seems like the well ran dry so I'll post the other songs on my list:

Ramble On Rose "Sittin' plush with a royal flush, aces back to back" (even though that line makes no sense)

Throwing Stones "rat cat alley roll them bones/need that cash to feed that jones" and "Commissars and pinstripe bosses roll the dice/any way they fall guess who gets to pay the price"

Scarlet Begonias "In the thick of the evening when the dealing got rough/she was too pat to open, she was too cool to bluff"

Race is On - that one is a stretch, but is (kinda)about horse racing, which is pretty much only conducted for the purpose of gambling.
